President Sargsyan attends 11th Congress of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 18, ARMENPRESS. The 11th Congress of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Unionkicked off in the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex on February 18 in Yerevan.

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan is present at the Congress. Among other attendees are Parliament Speaker Galust Sahakyan, Head of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union and MP Manvel Grigoryan, Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, Deputy Speaker of Parliament Eduard Sharmazanov, defense minister of Nagorno Karabakh Levon Mnatsakanyan and others.

The Congress was launched with a screening of the film on the Union and the Volunteer Movement in Nagorno Karabakh.
