Business mogul Tsarukyan announces return to politics, participation in parliamentary elections

YEREVAN, JANUARY 17, ARMENPRESS. Founder of “Prosperous Armenia” party Gagik Tsarukyan announced his participation in the upcoming parliamentary elections by way of forming a wide alliance, Tsarukyan released an announcement stating his return to politics.

“Taking into consideration the domestic and foreign challenges facing our country, as well as the public demand of my return to politics, I announce that I am opening the closed chapter of political activities and that I will take part in the 2017 parliamentary elections by forming a wide alliance. Our doors are open for all those political forces and political figures who are concerned about the future of our country”, Tsarukyan’s announcement reads.
