John Lennon's former home up for sale

YEREVAN, March 28, ARMENPRESS. The former childhood home of John Lennon has gone on the market for £325,000,'Armenpress' reports citing Development Finance Today.

Dairy Cottage in Woolton, Liverpool, has been put up for sale through estate agent Whitegates.

Lennon lived in the property as a young child with his Aunt Mimi and mother Julia and returned many times to visit his sisters who continued to live there.

The two-bedroom property was once the original dairy for the village and contains several features such as sandstone walls and the original sloped wooden flooring.

“Whitegates are absolutely delighted to present to the market, a piece of Woolton, Liverpool, and Beatles history,” said the estate agent.
