Artificial beach, rain-forest landscape in Dubai's new iconic tower

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 14, ARMENPRESS. Dubai, the city of superlatives, is set to get a new tower on Sheikh Zayed Road that will have an artificial beach and a rainforest-like landscape development on top of the tower's podium.“Armenpress” reports the aforementioned referring to Emirates247.

Located in Al Thanyah First (Tecom), The Rosemont Hotel & Residences is coming up on approximately 13,000 square metre of land,ZAS group, the lead consultant, said on its website.

Dubai developers are currently working on building more iconic towers with Meydan Group working on the 100- plus storied Entisar Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. RP Group is also working on launching a super high-rise tower in Business Bay facing Sheikh Zayed Road.
