Bako Sahakyan signs decree

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. On 15 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which for considerable merit in the development of physical culture and sports and in connection with the day of Physical Education a title of the Nagorno Karabakh Honored Trainer was conferred on Azat Andryan, senior inspector of physical and combat readiness department of the Police under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers, sambo coach-pedagogue and Emils Hovhannesyan, head of the «Stepanakert Youth Sports School» non-profit organization, men's basketball team coach. “Armenpress” received the information from the Central Information Department of the Office to the President of Artsakh Republic.
