Discussions over investment issues by Indian “KJK” company held in Government

YEREVAN, AUGUST 18, ARMENPRESS. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan, received the delegation headed by the director of the big Indian “KJK” company, Sanjay Kothari. The company is active in 15 countries and is specialized in diamond, gold and mining fields. As “Armenpress” was informed from the Information and Public Relations Department of the Staff of the Government, the Prime Minister welcomed the idea of making investments in Armenia by the “KJK” company and expressed the readiness of the government to support the project. Hovik Abrahamyan emphasized that the Executive is ready to discuss any initiative of the company and support in solving different problems. Hovik Abrahamyan mentioned that the Republic of Armenia has become a member of the Eurasian Economic Union since January 1of the current year which will give “KJK” company an opportunity to enter the 170 million Eurasian market.

Sanjay Kothari expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for his readiness to support and mentioned that they are greatly interested to make investments in Armenia.

The sides expressed confidence that the entry of “KJK” company to our country will also foster Armenian-Indian economic relations as well as creation of new jobs.
