Guardian of Bobbi Kristina brown, daughter of Whitney Houston, added to the lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court of Fulton County (Georgia) against her common-law husband. According to the guardian, Gordon gave Brown a "toxic cocktail, and after she lost consciousness, he put her in a bath of cold water face down". This, according to Hargrove, was the cause of brain edema and subsequent death of her trust. Armenpressreports the aforementioned referring to Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
In addition, the Minister said that on January 31 — the day when Brown was injured, Gordon came home around 06:31 in a state of alcoholic intoxication. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the young people began to quarrel, and half an hour later the screaming stopped.
The initial version of a civil lawsuit was filed by Hargrove on June 24. In the document, it is claimed that Gordon caused Brown life-threatening injuries, and took $11 thousand from her accounts while she was in a coma. Earlier in the day the family of Bobbi Kristina announced her transfer to the hospice because of ill health.
Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only daughter of singers Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, died on July 26, after spending nearly six months in an induced coma. She was in such a state since January 31 when Gordon found her unconscious in the bathtub filled with water.A preliminary forensic examination failed to determine the cause of death. The police are considering accident, attempted suicide and attempted murder as the main versions of what happened. In February 2015, Gordon has not been allowed to visit Bobbi Kristina in the hospital.Gordon was an adopted son of Whitney Houston, and later he started dating her daughter. After the death of the singer in 2012, the pair began to call each other husband and wife, though Bobbi Kristina and Gordon were never married.
