Armenia to organize large-scale export of peaches

YEREVAN, JULY 22, ARMENPRESS: In 2015 the volume of the harvest of peaches in the Republic of Armenia will be more than in the previous years. The Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia Robert Makaryan stated about it during the meeting with journalists on July 22.

“Some people are concerned about the volumes of the harvest of peaches, but I must say that there are places, where the harvest is not good enough, though the gross harvest will be more than during the previous years. The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia several days ago visited Tavush Marz, where the harvest is quite good and the major part of the peaches is right in Tavush Marz”, - stated Robert Makaryan, Armenpress reports.
