Peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict is priority for EU: Donald Tusk

YEREVAN, JULY 20, ARMENPRESS: The President of the European Council Donald Tusk is concerned about the current situation in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone and the recent negative trends. “The peaceful settlement of this conflict is a priority for the European Union. EU supports the negotiations, conducted with the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group, directed to the settlement of the conflict. We encourage the further dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan on the highest level. It is very important to respect the ceasefire agreement and show restraint in the actions and statements”, - stated the President of the European Council Donald Tusk during the joint press conference with the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan in Yerevan, Armenpress reports.
