US ships another batch of military vehicles to Ukraine

KIEV, JULY 18, ARMENPRESS. The second batch of military vehicles Humvee reached Odessa on July 18 in the framework of military agreement between the US and Ukraine. As “Armenpress” reports, citing Russian TASS news agency, the US Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt announced it in his Twitter blog.

“100 more Humvee vehicles for Ukraine were shipped to Odessa this morning”, the American Ambassador wrote, posting some photos in the social media.

The first batch of American military equipment had been shipped to Ukraine on March 25, 2015. As the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko had announced at that time, after appropriate rearmament all the vehicles will be sent to the eastern part of the country where military operations are conducted.
