Filmmakers continue film screening on Armenian Genocide

YEREVAN, 16 MAY, ARMENPRESS. At this moment, 5 feature films, 12 documentaries and one animated film are shoton the Armenian Genocide. The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Armenia Hasmik Poghosyan stated this in a talk with the journalists.

"The movies of Fatih Akin’s “Scar”, Aram Shahbazyan’s “The Salvation Map”, Ara Yernjakyan’s “The Eclipse" have been already submitted, as well as the "1915" movie, which was shot without state assistance”, as “Armenpress” reports, Poghosyan noted.

The Minister underscored that she talked with the Director Serge Avedikian, who is working on the animated film. "It refers to the “Charentir of Mush”. According to him, the work will be completed before the end of 2015, and we will see what will happen," she emphasized.
