Armenian and French Presidents discuss trilateral meeting

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS: The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan met today with the President of France Francois Hollande in Newport. The Armenian President visited the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to participate in the meeting of the heads of states and governments of the member countries of the NATO and the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) mission.

The Department for Mass Media and Public Relations of the Armenian President’s Office informed Armenpress that the presidents of the two countries spoke with content about the Armenian-French political dialogue and close beneficial cooperation in different fields.

During the meeting the interlocutors touched upon several issues of mutual interest, including the Nagorno Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement issue and discussed the trilateral meeting of the Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and France initiated by the French party.
