Arsen Khojoyan diagnosed with skin disease after being released from captivity in Azerbaijan

YEREVAN, JULY 15, ARMENPRESS. After being released from captivity in Azerbaijan, 23-year-old resident of Verin Karmiraghbyur village of Tavush region Arsen Khojoyan is reported to have no sexually transmitted infection. As "Armenpress" was informed from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, after medical examination at "Hrazdan" hospital by the specialists of the DepartmentofHealth Policy of the Ministry of Health, blood sample has been taken form Arsen Khojoyan to determine whether he has bacteriological and infection symptoms or not.

In the result of medical examination no sexually transmitted infection has been found, but a skin disease, psoriasis is confirmed.

The head of the Department of Dermatology of theMedical CentreofDermatologyandSexuallyTransmitted Infections of MOH Tigran Gevorgyan says that this skin disease is not contagious, develops as a result of stress, metabolism disorder, a number of other reasons. Medicine treatment is prescribed for Arsen Khojoyan. If necessary, Arsen Khojayan will undergo another medical examination.
