Accession to CU promotes settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh issue: Armenia’s President

TSAGHKADZOR, MAY 31, ARMENPRESS. Today, the President of the Republic of Armenia, the Chairman of Armenia’s Republican Party Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with the participants of the regular account gathering of Armenia’s Republican Party Youth organization.

The three-day gathering launched on May 30. Armenia’s Republican Party Youth organization holds such gatherings after the regular conferences of the party. At the course of such conferences the participants hold detailed discussion on the speeches, thesis and principles that were sounded during the conference, the coming steps are also outlined. The aim of the gathering is to provide the contact of the young Republicans with senior party members, the leadership of the party, as well as to discuss issues regarding the work activities of the party with the sectoral responsible people. On the whole, around 260 young republicans participate in Tsaghkadzor gathering.

The Department of Mass Media and Public Relations of the President’s Staff of the Republic of Armenia informed Armenpress that the Chairman of Armenia’s Republican Party Serzh Sargsyan attended the thematic discussions of the working group established by the young organization ongoing in separate halls. The discussions were held upon the addresses sounded in Armenia’s Republican Party 15th conference, further steps of Armenia’s Republican Party Youth organization, possible assistance of Armenia’s Republican Party Youth organization to the program of the Government, the participation of Armenia’s Republican Party Youth organization in programs devoted to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and the concept of the Constitutional reforms.
