Armenia’s President congratulates Kurdish community

YEREVAN, MARCH 21, ARMENPRESS: The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the Kurdish community of Armenia. The Department for Mass Media and Public Relations of the Armenian President’s Office informed Armenpress that the message of Serzh Sargsyan says in particular:

“I cordially congratulate the Kurds in Armenia on the occasion of Navroz.

The neighborhood and friendship of our peoples have an age-old history, and today the Kurdish community is the important part of the Armenian society. We consider your worries as equally ours and we rejoice at your successes together with you.

Naturally, the New Year and the spring awakening bring new hopes. I wish your kind dreams to come true and Navroz – the New Year – to be a year of abundance, prosperity and flourishing for the Kurds living in Armenia”.
