Kapan city to have new kindergarten

KAPAN, FEBRUARY 19, ARMENPRESS: By the suggestion of the Kapan Municipality, the Government of the Republic of Armenia with the corresponding decision on January 16 provided one of the buildings of the main school #1 to the community for fifty years free of charge. The Municipality intends to reconstruct the building and make it a typical kindergarten.

“The issue of having a new kindergarten in the city of Kapan has always been an urgent task. A limited number of children enter the kindergartens functioning in the city, based on their conditions. In the result many children are deprived from the opportunity to attend the preschool institution, which is unacceptable”, - the Mayor of Kapan Ashot Hayrapetyan told Armenpress, who included the issue into his election program.
