Achemyan in Gyumri are being reconstructed, where according to the preliminary information, the forum will be held. Some activities are also carried out at the airport. “Many senior officials will arrive in Gyumri to participate in the forum. I cannot give information about the visit of the President of the Russian Federation. I do not have any accurate information too. The information that Gyumri will become a close city is “absurd. There is not such a thing. I wonder who could spread that information,” Samvel Balasanyan stated.
