Armenia’s President to participate in session devoted to 70 anniversary of National Academy of Sciences

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 15, ARMENPRESS. Today, the President of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan has participated in the solemn session devoted to 70th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia held in the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan.

As Armenpress was informed by the Information and Public Relations Department of the President’s staff, the President of the Republic of Armenia has congratulated the participants for the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Academy and has awarded a group of members of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia with high state awards of the Republic of Armenia-order of honor, medals. The President has also dedicated honored titles for the considerable contribution in the field of science and outstanding services.
