Hrachya Badalyan to be Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 10, ARMENPRESS. Today, the President of the Republic of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, signed a decree on appointing Hrachya Badalyan in the position of the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia. As Armenpress was reported from the Department of Mass Media and Public Relations of the President staff, the head of the country signed the decree according to the 9th paragraph of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and took as a basis the 2nd part of Article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on prosecution.

According to another decree signed by Serzh Sargsyan, Mnatsakan Sargsyan was relieved from the position of the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia.
