Tourism streams increase in Dilijan

YEREVAN, APRIL 19, ARMENPRESS. The tourism streams will record palpable increase, due to the strategic prospective program aimed at the development of the city of Dilijan. And now too, the travel agencies state that the number of visits have already recorded a significant growth. In a conversation with "Armenpress" the Director of "Shahverdyan Travel &Tour" travel agency Lusine Shahverdyan stated: "If previously we used to organzie two tours to Dilijan each week, than presently their number reaches 3-4." The Cathedral of Haghardzin and Parz Litch attract the attention of majority of the tourists. These sites are situated not too far from the city. Among other things Shahverdyan noted that the tourism stream to Dilijan is conditioned by the improvement activity organized during the recent period of time. They are palpable in the services sphere as well.
