As reports Armenpress, referring to official web site of Russian President, at the bilateral meeting in Russian President's official residence near Moscow, Serzh Sargsyan reminded that it was his first trip after presidential elections in Armenia. “It is natural that first of all I visited Moscow. In his turn, Putin has highlighted that Russia and Armenia are tied with special relations and once again congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of re-election.

Russian President has also underlined that Russia is leading with its USD 3 billion investment in Armenia.

“We have perspective, joint investment projects, and I hope, today we will manage to touch on the whole complex,” Russian President said. According to him, contacts in the political sphere are also actively developing.
