YEREVAN, JUNE 25, ARMENPRESS: The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan with Austrian President Heinz Fischer, who is on an official visit to Armenia, had a walk in capital Yerevan, admired "Singing Fountains", listened to Armenian and Austrian music works, organized specially to the honor of the Austrian President visit. Yerevan residents, gathered in the Republican Square welcomed the top officials of two countries, President‘s press office informed Armenpress.
Armenia and Austria strengthen cooperation, deepen existing friendship relations. On the invitation of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan President of Austria Heinz Fischer with his wife Margit Fischer on June 25 arrived Armenia. In the framework of the visit Austrian President held meetings with the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, President of National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan and His Holiness Karekin II Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
