Mircea Lucescu asked to tell the fans that he is doing everything he can in order to recover faster. He said it is very nice to feel the fans’ support and attentiveness, adding he will try to come back as soon as possible.
Answering the question when we should expect him to get back on track, the head coach said it depends on the process of his recovery and the doctors’ decision.
"Shakhtar is my life; something that I always miss most. But it so happened that the team had to prepare without me. I am sure that the preparation will take place at the highest level. Our players are true professionals who know what to do, how to prepare,” said Mircea Lucescu.
