Province round of “Singing Armenia” festival launched in Gyumri

GYUMRI, NOVEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS:The province round of "Singing Armenia" 5th republican junior festival launched today in Gyumri. The event is anniversary: it is dedicated to 125th anniversary of conductor Aram Ter-Hovhannisyan. The festival is conducted on the initiative of RA Ministry of Culture and "Armenia's Little Singers" association of the Musical Company of Armenia. The festival, which has already become traditional, is conducted in 2 age groups – 7-11 and 12-16. Three songs are presented for every round.

The best choirs of the province rounds of the festival will participate in the republican round, which will take place at the end of November.
