First snow in Syunik: Roads are open for traffic

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 27, ARMENPRESS:

The first snow in Syunik started falling from October 26 after midday and continues till today. An official from the Meghri and Goris transport construction company told Armenpress that the highway is open for traffic, no traffic jams have been created. All night long vehicles cleaning snow worked in the Meghri mountain pass. Sisian-Goris-Kapan road sector is also being periodically cleaned. It is open for traffic but the drivers are urged to be extremely attentive because of heavy precipitations.
