“Peace park” opens in Kapan

KAPAN, OCTOBER 5, ARMENPRESS:

"Peace park" was exploited today in the Shahumyan street of the town of Kapan. The construction works of the park started a year ago. The name of the park is not accidental. During the war this street suffered the most from bombing. The place were the park is established 20 people were killed from bomb attack.

"Quite big sum has been spent for the construction of "Peace park". About 54 million has been provided for the construction", the mayor of Kapan said.
