Flaws registered during monitoring in Kapan pre-school educational establishments

KAPAN, SEPTEMBER 6, ARMENPRESS:

The Education and Science Ministry has conducted monitoring in 10 out of 13 pre-school educational establishments of Kapan. Armenpress correspondent reports that at the extraordinary sitting convened by the Kapan's Council of Elders the results of the checking were discussed. The attendees noted that the picture overall is positive but certain flaws have been registered. Particularly, more than 40 employees of kinder-gartens do not have professional education and part of the employees are pensioners. It has also been registered that the building conditions of some kinder-gartens do not correspond to the demanded norms. Mayor Arthur Atayan noted that a part of flaws has been eliminated, works are being carried out toward eliminating other flaws.
