Syunik getting prepared for population census

YEREVAN, MAY 17, ARMENPRESS:

The preparation works for the population census scheduled for October are underway in Syunik. The governor of the province said that a task group has been set up to assist the works. The group was headed by deputy governor Vache Grigoryan.

According to the information of the task group, out of 6 urban communities only in Kajaran the houses, buildings, districts have numbers. In Kapan the works in multi apartment buildings are implemented by 100% but in houses of individuals by 40%, in Goris by 60 and 50% respectively. Armenpress correspondent reported that the heads of all the communities of the province were tasked to undertake works in that direction.
