Armenian vice prime minister, territorial administration minister Armen Gevorgyan, who is also the head of the council coordinating the activity of the unions of water using companies, conducted a consultation today with the participation of governor of Ararat province Edik Barseghyan, heads of state water economy committee, water economy development and reforms program implementation office, deputy territorial administration minister Artashes Bakhshyan.
Press service of the ministry reported that the deputy prime minister pointed out the transparent, available for the public activity of the water using companies, stressed the increase of efficiency of the water using company's management councils saying that it is unacceptable that their work be of formal nature.
During the consultation the participants also referred to the complaints received from the residents and NA parliamentarians about the activity of "Vedi" water using company. The minister assigned to create a task group, study the complaints and present the results in seven days.
