Ahead of its 10th anniversary, staff.am, Armenia’s leading career ecosystem, introduces SIMO, an AI career assistant, alongside new Premium features designed to make job searching and career development more personalized, focused and effective.
Users can describe the kind of work they are looking for to SIMO and receive relevant job recommendations.
The Premium subscription also unlocks SIMO’s other AI tools, including job match assessments, estimated salary ranges, CV analysis, tailored applications and cover letters, and suggestions for potential career development paths. Users review the changes SIMO proposes for their applications.
Premium also provides information about employers who have viewed a user’s profile, CV templates, the opportunity for an individual consultation with an HR professional, and a range of other benefits.
staff.am already uses AI tools for job searches, candidate application analysis and candidate searches through StaffSearch. Over the past decade, the platform has grown into an ecosystem bringing together staff.am, Career Factory, Compass by staff.am and staffmedia.am.
