Armenia’s draft state budget for 2027 provides for an allocation of AMD 24,250,396,000 to the Prime Minister’s Office.
Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Lilit Makunts announced this during budget discussions at a joint meeting of the National Assembly’s standing committees.
“The allocation is AMD 1.656 billion less than the previous year. The Prime Minister’s Office plans to implement a number of programmes, including a public sector modernisation programme. This envisages modernising the public administration system by digitalising services provided by state and local government bodies,” Makunts said.
