Powers of Court of Cassation judge Vigen Kocharyan terminated

The Supreme Judicial Council has considered the powers of Vigen Kocharyan, a judge of the Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, terminated as of September 7.

The decision was based on the judge’s resignation letter submitted on September 3.

The decision was signed by Supreme Judicial Council Chairman Artur Atabekyan.
