Macron highlights Europe's support for Armenia, Ukraine and Moldova ahead of EPC Summit

French President Emmanuel Macron has reiterated Europe’s support for Armenia’s sovereignty and independence.

Speaking to reporters in Yerevan ahead of the 8th European Political Community Summit, Macron said the summit will include meetings aimed at supporting Ukraine, as well as supporting the independence and sovereignty of Armenia and Moldova.

“We will also have the opportunity to hold meetings, particularly on supporting the independence and sovereignty of Armenia and Moldova. This is also a Europe that is building its own security and defense,” Macron said upon arriving at the summit venue.
