Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said he briefed his Georgian counterpart Irakli Kobakhidze on his administration’s agenda regarding regional and international matters.
“I provided our partners with a detailed update on what is happening regarding Armenia’s regional and international agenda issues,” Pashinyan said at a joint media event with Georgian PM Irakli Kobakhidze after the two co-chaired the 5th session of the Armenia-Georgia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation held in Georgia.
“In particular, I briefed them on what is happening with the TRIPP investment project, the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process, and Armenia-Türkiye relations. I also shared certain information regarding Armenia-Russia relations. I believe we have a mutual interest in Armenia-EU relations and in the relationship between our region and the European Union. I also want to emphasize that in the context of Armenia-EU relations, Georgia is a very important partner, and we had certain discussions on this topic as well. I hope that we will be able to cooperate here too, and achieve concrete results,” said Pashinyan.
