Construction grew 20,7% in the nine months of 2025 compared to the same period last year, according to the Statistical Committee.
During the reporting period, construction worth 462 billion 162 million drams was carried out.
Construction funded by municipal resources has increased the most, rising by 41.8 percent compared to the first nine months of the previous year, reaching an estimated 21 billion 192.7 million drams. This accounts for 4.6 percent of the total construction volume.
Construction funded by the state budget increased by 32.4 percent year-on-year in January–September 2025, reaching 116 billion 765.4 million drams. This accounts for 25.2 percent of the total construction volume.
Construction funded by organizations increased by 17.9 percent compared to January–September of the previous year, reaching an estimated 221 billion 177.4 million drams. This accounts for 47.9 percent of the total construction volume.
Individually-funded construction exceeded the figure for the same period in 2024 by 14.7 percent during the first nine months of the year, reaching an estimated 101 billion 693.5 million drams. This accounts for 22 percent of the total construction volume.
