Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on the occasion of Republic Day.
“I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Kazakhstan on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Republic Day,” the Armenian PM said in the letter published by his office.
“The reforms aimed at strengthening Kazakhstan’s independent statehood, developing political and civil institutions, and promoting the country’s socio-economic, scientific, educational, and cultural advancement are truly significant. Thanks to your far-sighted approach and consistent, principled actions, Kazakhstan today plays an important role in regional and global affairs, enjoying respect in the international arena.
I am confident that the dynamic interstate relations based on the strong traditions of friendship and mutual respect between our peoples, along with the implementation of the agreements reached during your official visit last year, will further deepen the cooperation between Yerevan and Astana.
I am hopeful that during my official visit to Kazakhstan, planned for the near future, we will discuss the Armenia–Kazakhstan interstate agenda in the spirit of friendship and mutual prosperity, with a view to strengthening our strategic relations for the future.
Taking this opportunity, I wish you good health and continued success in your endeavors for the benefit of the friendly people of Kazakhstan.”
