Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Sabine Monauni, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Environment and Culture of Liechtenstein, during UNGA High-Level Week in New York.
The foreign ministers emphasized that Armenia and Liechtenstein share common values and interests, including the promotion of human rights, democratic development and active cooperation within international legal platforms, the foreign ministry said in a press release.
“In the context of ensuring regional connectivity, the importance of the established peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the expansion of the communications network was underlined. In this regard, the Foreign Minister of Liechtenstein congratulated the Foreign Minister of Armenia on the agreements reached in Washington,” it added.
