Russia genuinely interested in stability of friendly Armenia, says Zakharova

Russia is genuinely interested in the stability of friendly Armenia, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said during a briefing on July 2.

“We want to see a stable, prosperous, and developing Armenia - such a state and such a people,” Zakharova stated.

She emphasized that Russia advocates for the preservation of the rule of law in Armenia, in accordance with the Constitution, and for the protection of citizens’ rights and religious freedoms.
