Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has met with International Monetary Fund (IMF) newly appointed Mission Chief for Armenia Alexander Tieman.
Pashinyan congratulated Alexander Tieman on assuming office and highlighted the cooperation with the IMF for the benefit of economic development and ensuring stability in Armenia, the Prime Minister’s Office said in a readout.
The discussion focused on ongoing jointly implemented projects and future steps.
An exchange of views took place on the course of ongoing reforms in Armenia, the financial sector, improvement of the investment environment, promoting economic activity, overcoming existing risks and other issues.
