Deputy PM meets IMF delegation

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mher Grigoryan received a delegation headed by Alexander Tieman, International Monetary Fund (IMF) Mission Chief for Armenia.

The Deputy Prime Minister’s office said in a readout that during the meeting, issues raised within the framework of the second review of the Stand-By Arrangement (SBA) being implemented with the support of the IMF were discussed.

Macroeconomic developments and fiscal policy were also discussed. In this context, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the reforms being implemented in the country with the support of the IMF and expressed gratitude for the technical assistance provided.
