Iran’s Fars news agency has reported that at least 78 people have been killed and 329 others injured in the Israeli attacks on Tehran.
The figures are unofficial, the agency said.
Both military and civilian sites were hit, according to the report.
Israel has launched unprecedented strikes on Iran, targeting its nuclear program and military leaders.
According to CNN, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said “Operation Rising Lion” struck Iran’s main enrichment facility in Natanz, nuclear scientists, and what he called “the heart of Iran’s ballistic missiles program.”
Iran has vowed to retaliate.
