Serviceman killed by lightning strike

N military unit serviceman of the Armenian Ministry of Defense Narek Arman Margaryan, died on June 6 at around 1:00 PM as a result of a lightning strike.

According to the Ministry of Defense, an investigation is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.

The Ministry expresses its condolences and support to the serviceman’s family, relatives, and fellow soldiers.
