Anyone engaged in corruption is my personal enemy - Prime Minister

Anyone engaged in a corruption scheme and taking money from the state budget is my personal enemy, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the parliamentary Q&A session with Cabinet members, in response to a question from Armenia's opposition Hayastan faction Kristine Vardanyan regarding the incident involving the head of the Nor Nork district.
Addressing the concern raised by the MP about a possible corruption scheme, the Prime Minister emphasized:
“No person involved in a corruption scheme can be part of our team. If someone currently considered part of our team is found not to be involved in corruption, he/she will remain with us, as before. But if it turns out he/she involved, cannot be part of our team.”
Pashinyan added that he was not referring to any specific individual but as he described “this is principle for all cases.”
“It is impossible for such a person to be part of our political team,” the Prime Minister reaffirmed.
