Armenia to host next A-WEB Executive Board meeting

The next session of the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) Executive Board will be convened in Armenia in March 2026.

The decision was made during the 13th Executive Board meeting in Manila, the Philippines.

Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia, Vahagn Hovakimyan, led a delegation to the session, CEC said in a press release. 

The Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) is the world's largest international organization in the field of election management. It currently comprises 121 Election Management Bodies (EMBs) from 111 countries.

Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission has been a full member of the organization since 2024. Armenia is also a member of the executive board.
