No information on Armenian citizens among Myanmar earthquake victims – Foreign Ministry

There is no information on whether any citizens of the Republic of Armenia were among those killed in the earthquake in Myanmar, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan told Armenpress.
At least 1002 people died and over 2376 were injured in the two consecutive earthquakes that hit Myanmar and were felt in neighboring Thailand, as well as in China, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and India. The quakes measured 7.7 and 6.4 on the Richter scale.
Another 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar on March 29.
