Russia's top senator, Erdogan meet in Istanbul

Russian Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan are scheduled to meet in Istanbul. Matviyenko expressed her pleasureto meet Erdogan, Ria Novosti reported.

The Federation Council Speaker is in Turkey for an official visit from February 26 to 27.
