The Armenian government is not asking for peace but is proposing peaceful solutions to all issues on the normalization agenda with Azerbaijan, a top security official has said.

“Armenia has proposed solutions to all issues on the agenda of normalization of relations with Azerbaijan,” Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan told reporters on Thursday.

“The topic of unblocking of regional connections is one of the examples, and Armenia has proposed the Crossroads of Peace, which is our vision for unblocking in the region. In addition, we have proposed solutions on all issues, the peace treaty, the delimitation, and all other issues. We are moving in this direction. The agenda for peace remains our priority,” Grigoryan said.

Asked about the outstanding articles of the peace treaty, Grigoryan said Armenia has conveyed proposals to Azerbaijan and is waiting for a response.
