Elon Musk sends message to WCIT 2024 in Yerevan, announces upcoming Starlink launch in Armenia

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 8, ARMENPRESS. At the WCIT 2024 closing ceremony in Yerevan, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX Elon Musk shared a message with attendees and announced future projects in Armenia. Musk was initially expected to share a video message but instead his exclusive statement was read by Armenian-American entrepreneur Razmig Hovaghimian.

“Hello everyone, I’m sorry I can’t make it to Yerevan this time, but hopefully next time in person. Excited about bringing Starlink to Armenia and working with the local tech community on some exciting projects—from space exploration to developing open and transparent AI that pushes the boundaries of human understanding,” Musk said in the message.
