YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS. The Constitutional Court has completed the examination of the Armenia-Azerbaijan regulation on the joint activity of the border delimitation commissions.
The high court has to determine whether the regulation complies with the constitution.
The press service of the Constitutional Court said the justices have retired to the chambers for deliberations.
Justices Vahe Grigoryan, Edgar Shatiryan and Davit Khachaturyan are the rapporteurs in the hearing.
If the high court rules that the agreement is constitutional, it will be sent to parliament for ratification.
The hearing is standard procedure in case of all international agreements.
