Armenia welcomes adoption of Pact for The Future at UN Headquarters – MFA

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Armenia welcomes the adoption of the Pact for The Future at UN Headquarters in New York on September 22, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

“We welcome the adoption of the Pact for The Future at UN Headquarters in New York on September 22.

“Given the challenges both on global and regional levels, Armenia contributed to the reflection in the Pact of the commitments to end impunity for violations of international humanitarian law, genocide and crimes against humanity as well as to counter hate speech and disinformation. We highly appreciate the cooperation with respective partners.

“Armenia shares the vision for a resilient, more inclusive and sustainable future,” the foreign ministry said.
